AiCarbon provides end-to-end carbon project services. We don’t hand you off to someone else at each stage. Our in-house team of ecologists, spatial analysts, agronomists, financial modellers, project managers and carbon market specialists manages your project from the first phone call to the final ACCU sale.
Because we hold an Australian Financial Services Licence, we are also one of the few carbon developers in Australia that can actively manage the sale of your ACCUs in the marketplace, not just generate them.
Desktop Pre-Feasibility Assessment
Before you commit to anything, we carry out a detailed assessment of your property’s carbon farming potential. Our spatial analysts and ecologists examine satellite imagery, vegetation history, soil types, rainfall, and land use records to evaluate which methods are applicable and what the realistic return profile looks like. You receive an honest, property-specific financial model, not a generic estimate. There is no charge for this initial assessment.
Project Design & Development
If the assessment is favourable and you decide to proceed, we design a comprehensive project plan tailored to your specific property and farming operation. We develop a land management plan in consultation with you, ensuring that the requirements of your carbon project work alongside, not against, your primary enterprise. All project design work complies with the relevant Clean Energy Regulator methodology requirements.
Registration & Compliance
Registering a carbon project with the Clean Energy Regulator is complex, detailed, technical work. We manage the entire process on your behalf, ensuring correct project structuring, full documentation, and timely submission. We have done this more many times. You stay on the farm; we handle the paperwork.
Ongoing Monitoring & Management
Carbon farming is a long-term commitment, and so is our involvement. We provide ongoing monitoring throughout your project’s life, track your land management activities, and manage all required auditing and reporting with the CER. We stay in regular contact and keep you informed of your project’s progress without overwhelming you with paperwork.
ACCU Marketing & Sales
This is what sets AiCarbon apart. As holders of an Australian Financial Services Licence, we are authorised to actively market and sell the ACCUs generated by your project. We go into the market, approaching corporate emitters seeking high-integrity credits, and seek the best available price. We do not offer you a flat, fixed rate and walk away. We work the market on your behalf and share the returns transparently. Over 25 years, this difference in approach can be very material.
Biodiversity Assessments
AiCarbon has accredited project delivery partners qualified to carry out formal biodiversity assessments under State-based Biodiversity Offset frameworks as well as Australia’s Nature Repair Market framework. Where your property has significant ecological value, we can assess, register, and help you sell biodiversity credits alongside your carbon project, stacking multiple income streams from the same land without additional management burden.

Most carbon developers in Australia are NOT licensed to sell financial products. That means they generate ACCUs on your behalf, but when it comes to selling them, they are limited in what they can do for you. AiCarbon holds an Australian Financial Services Licence. This gives us the legal authority, and the expertise, to actively manage the sale of your credits in the market, structuring forward sales, timing transactions, and targeting the best available buyers.
